Jobanji Refunds
Refunds follow Paddle's Refund Policy. Cancelling stops renewal at the end of the paid period.
Section 14 of the Terms of Service says the same.
1. Paddle sells the subscription
- Paddle sells you the Jobanji subscription. It takes your payment and sends your receipt.
- Paddle handles refunds, under its own Refund Policy: https://www.paddle.com/legal/refund-policy.
- We don't promise a refund of our own.
2. How to ask for a refund
- Go to https://paddle.net and ask Paddle.
- Have your receipt ready. Paddle emails it when you pay.
- If you need help, write to support@jobanji.app.
3. The free trial
- When there is a free trial, it is how you try Jobanji before you pay.
- You add a card at the start, but you pay nothing during the trial.
- Cancel before it ends to pay nothing.
4. Cancelling
- Cancelling stops the next payment.
- The service runs to the end of the period you paid for.
- You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. It opens Paddle's billing portal.
5. The law
- The law where you live may give you a right to a refund.
- Paddle applies that right under its Refund Policy.
- Nothing on this page takes that right away.
